  • Answers telephone and greets visitors, ascertains the nature of business and provides information and/or routes calls to appropriate employee
  • Supports Managers by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating communications; and preparing and compiling reports and data from various sources
  • Accept Marble Villa room bookings and cancellations; register arriving guests and process guests’ departures; book and prepare vouchers for activities external to Marble Mountain Resort; accept payments; complete night audit; respond to guests inquiries, concerns, or complaints; schedule housekeeping staff; and ensure daily cleanings and room checks are preformed
  • Represents Marble Mountain Resort in a professional manner at all times while adhering to all company policies and displays confidence and professionalism
  • Ensures office equipment is kept in working order
  • Maintains accurate and complete filing system
  • Responsible for following all health and safety legislative guidelines and safe work practices in the prescribed manner and shall report unsafe conditions
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Diploma in Office Administration
  • 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Superior phone and customer service skills
  • High level of accuracy – detail oriented
  • Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Experience with a computerized reservation system and handling payments (cash, debit, and credit transactions)
  • Bilingual in French and English preferred
